Quarter-turn latches
We supply housings, actuating elements (inserts), tabs/tongues and nuts as individual parts made to your drawing. The function of your lock stays with you.
Locking components
Enquire about housings, actuating elements (inserts), tabs/tongues and nuts together. Your contact remains the same, even if the parts come from different plants.
Because we are not tied to a plant of our own, we choose the right partner plant for each component, whether turned or cold-formed. Inspection takes place in Velbert before the parts are sent to you.
The function of a lock lies with the system manufacturer, and that is where it belongs. We supply the metal components for locking systems that sit inside it and must not give way for years. What is included and what is not is shown side by side here.

Complete locking systems as finished assemblies
Assembled quarter-turn latches with tongue, spring and seal
Lock cylinders, keys and associated master key plans
Electronics, sensors and access control components
Seals, plastic housings and other non-metal parts
Final assembly and functional testing of the finished system
The fields differ in batch size, surface and material, from free-cutting steel and quenched and tempered steel to stainless steel, brass and aluminium. Describe your installation case to us, and we will tell you the economical manufacturing route.

02
Cam latches, compression latches and flap handles need metal parts that do not settle. We resupply them for years to the same drawing.

As a supplier for locking systems, we source housings, actuating elements (inserts), tabs/tongues and nuts and keep them ready in Germany.

Housings and nuts made to your drawing. Material and surface depend on your installation situation.
05
Control cabinets run in large quantities and tolerate no deviation. Blanket order and call-off keep supply predictable over the year.

Velbert, the key region
Anyone who builds lock or fittings technology in Velbert and Heiligenhaus knows their suppliers personally. We have supplied this environment for decades and have been a member of Die Schlüsselregion e.V. since 2016. Heiligenhaus is around 6.5 km away.

Velbert and Heiligenhaus have been shaped by lock, fittings and locking technology for generations. As a supplier for locking systems, we are right in the middle of it. Short distances here mean: you drop by with the drawing, and we discuss your component in person.
An item runs in the field for years, and the spare part must still fit then. That is why we document your drawing with every revision level. If a component has to move to another plant, it is sampled again there and only delivered after your approval.
If a material or surface changes, you find out beforehand and not at incoming goods. We keep the stock in Germany so that a follow-up call-off does not depend on the transport route. For ongoing demand, we agree a blanket order with fixed call-off quantities.

Based on your sample item, the annual quantity and your demand situation, we check technically and commercially which manufacturing route fits.
If there is no drawing, a sample, a sketch or a photo with the essential dimensions is enough for the first conversation. We prefer the pragmatic route:
On request, we are also happy to prepare a possible production drawing for approval and joint definition of the most important characteristics.
Just get in touch, and we will find a solution.

Questions
01
From what quantity is an inquiry worthwhile?
That depends on the process. A turned part pays off from three-digit quantities, because no dedicated tool has to be built and the set-up time stays manageable. Cold forming needs this tool and only pays off from around 10,000 pieces, after which the unit price falls significantly.
In the first review, we tell you which direction your quantity points to and calculate borderline cases on both routes. A comparison is only possible if tooling costs, call-off quantity and series run time are considered together, not the unit price alone.
02
Are our drawings safe with you?
Yes. Drawings and specifications stay between you and us and only go to the plants we actually approach for your component. If you wish, we conclude a non-disclosure agreement before the first transfer, which also applies after the end of the series.
We tell you in advance which plants will be approached. Your design does not appear in any catalogue and is not shown to anyone as a reference. This applies to current series parts as well as to development stages that have not yet been released internally at your company.
03
Can you reproduce an existing component?
With a drawing, this is the simple case. Without one, a sample is often enough: dimensions, material and surface can be determined from it, and we then agree the critical tolerances together with you.
It becomes difficult with components whose function depends on a property that cannot be seen on the sample, such as an unmarked heat treatment. In that case, we need the original specification or a material test before the series starts. Send us what you have available today.
04
How long does it take to get the initial sample?
We clarify the sample lead time and sample costs individually for your part. You receive the inspection documentation at the same time as the samples. We can provide measurement reports for each batch.
