The positive business development also continued during general economic fluctuations. In a few years, the number of customers has multiplied. The Waldhoff family acquired all shares in the company. The two sons Thomas Waldhoff and Klaus Waldhoff were now also shareholders.


The first big move. NORM+DREH and the turned parts factory moved into a newly constructed, much larger building. Adequate storage and office space was finally available.
In the same year, the previous authorized officer Alfons Waldhoff and his wife acquired their first shares in NORM+DREH.


After the first difficulties in getting over 1976 developed a homogeneous team and the basis of the very successful organization.


The company NORM + DREH HG KNAPP KG was founded by the Velbert manufacturer Hans Günter Knapp. A small area in the owner's factory for precision turned parts served as storage space. The first employees for warehousing, sales, purchasing and administration were hired.
Some of the tasks were taken over by employees from the previous factory.
